What about shipping?
We ship Canada Post. The standard shipping rate is good for up to 8 hats and will go up from there.
We are not responsible for lost or missing items due to incorrect addresses at checkout. Please double check your information. Items returned to us due to incorrect addresses, will be shipped again at the buyers expense.
How do I care for my items?
Spot clean hats with damp cloth as needed. Please ensure vegan leather patches are not fully saturated with water as separation can occur.
Toques can be machine washed if needed as patches are riveted on, however toques may shrink slightly. Lay flat to dry.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts apply to orders with the same leather and logo, while hat/toques styles and sizes can vary. The more you buy, the more you save. 15% off 15 or more items. 20% off 25 or more items. 25% off 50 or more items. Please email with any questions or to check available stock on bulk orders.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of Branded By Tam items, returns will not be accepted. Please ensure all customizations are double checked before ordering.
However if your items has a defect of any kind please be sure to let us know so we can make it right for you.
How do I know processing times?
As I am a one woman show, processing can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. Releases sell out quick and processing times tend to change very fast. Current processing times can always be found in the bio on our Instagram page @brandedbytam
Will sold out items restock?
Inventory can be tricky to get my hands on but I am constantly restocking whenever I am able. I also try to bring in fun new styles regularly as well.
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely. Local pickup is available in Martensville. Please ensure to select local pickup at checkout if you plan to do pickup rather than shipping.
